My work always starts with learning about your own health journey to assess health and overall short and long term goals. Through a combination of individual and group accountability, I offer programs that dive deeper into opening up mindset blocks and increasing whole food nutrition through a plant rich approach. I consider myself your guide, helping you grow your intuition and develop an enriching daily routine. My diverse training gives me many tools in my toolbox, utilizing an evidence based lifestyle medical approach as well as my practical experience as a foodie, a busy mom and fitness nut. My passion is helping to make the wellness lifestyle more accessible to women and their families through a stepwise approach incorporating the mind and the plate.

We also have a private online community with Q & A’s, info sessions, collaboration and accountability to cheer you on and keep you going strong!

I was looking for more energy after months of high stress and weight gain. Through the Shred10, I lost 21 lbs!! I developed a renewed self esteem and confidence in the kitchen. I joined the Shred because I've always had a bad relationship with food, always an up/down love affair with eating and my weight, and I wanted to find the healthiest lifestyle possible with a food plan I can live with. My lifestyle as an ultradistance runner is as healthy as possible and my diet should be as well. I wanted something easy to follow that I could sustain long term.
I am slowly forming a better relationship with what I eat. It will be a long process, but I think with each Shred I follow I will get closer to this goal of finding a healthier and happier me. I am sleeping better and my energy is improving. I also found a gluten intolerance that i was unaware of, so i'm working on getting that out of my system.
